Momma Can Cook....well....Sort of....

 
The Lord smiled on my husband and finally gave me somewhat of the ability to cook. I have been getting a lot better since the beginning of our relationship which consisted of food the dog wouldn't eat. Through experimentation, I have made some pretty awesome recipes that I can toot my own horn at because they are delicious!
 

Chicken Like A Boss

Ingredients:

  1. 1 ib of boneless chicken breast

  2. 1 can of cream of chicken

  3. 2 bags of Birdseye steam fresh bag of seasoned red potatoes

  4. 2 cups of mozzarella cheese

 

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450*
  2. pour 1 can of cream of chicken into casserole dish
  3. dump in the bag of potatoes
  4. place chicken in the potatoes and cream of chicken ( Kind of place the potatoes around it so that the chicken is sitting in the cream of chicken)
  5. Cover in mozzarella
  6. Place dish in oven and bake for approx 30-45 minutes *or* until chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender

Lots of Love Chicken

 



Indgrediants:

  1. 1/2 cup of red cooking wine
  2. 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  3. sprinkle chicken seasoning
  4. palmful of fresh cut thyme
  5. palmful of fresh cut oregano
  6. palmful of fresh cut parsley
  7. 1/4 clove of fresh garlic
  8. 3/5 fresh onion
  9. 1 ib boneless chicken breast
  10. 1/2 cup of goats milk
  11. enough water to cover it all
  12. 1 bag of mixed veggies ( we used broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
  13. 2 sliced red potatoes
  14. 2 sliced white potatoes
  15. mozzarella cheese (2 hand fulls)
  16. Parmesan cheese (2handfulls)
 

Instructions:

  1.  Place thawed chicken into crock pot
  2. pour on lemon juice, cooking wine, and chicken seasoning
  3. add all of the herbs, veggies, and milk
  4. stir
  5. add layer of each cheese on top
  6. add enough water to cover the food
  7. turn crock pot onto low heat for 8 hours
