Momma Can Cook....well....Sort of....
The Lord smiled on my husband and finally gave me somewhat of the ability to cook. I have been getting a lot better since the beginning of our relationship which consisted of food the dog wouldn't eat. Through experimentation, I have made some pretty awesome recipes that I can toot my own horn at because they are delicious!
Chicken Like A Boss
Ingredients:
1 ib of boneless chicken breast
1 can of cream of chicken
2 bags of Birdseye steam fresh bag of seasoned red potatoes
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 450*
- pour 1 can of cream of chicken into casserole dish
- dump in the bag of potatoes
- place chicken in the potatoes and cream of chicken ( Kind of place the potatoes around it so that the chicken is sitting in the cream of chicken)
- Cover in mozzarella
- Place dish in oven and bake for approx 30-45 minutes *or* until chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender

Lots of Love Chicken
Indgrediants:
- 1/2 cup of red cooking wine
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- sprinkle chicken seasoning
- palmful of fresh cut thyme
- palmful of fresh cut oregano
- palmful of fresh cut parsley
- 1/4 clove of fresh garlic
- 3/5 fresh onion
- 1 ib boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup of goats milk
- enough water to cover it all
- 1 bag of mixed veggies ( we used broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
- 2 sliced red potatoes
- 2 sliced white potatoes
- mozzarella cheese (2 hand fulls)
- Parmesan cheese (2handfulls)
Instructions:
- Place thawed chicken into crock pot
- pour on lemon juice, cooking wine, and chicken seasoning
- add all of the herbs, veggies, and milk
- stir
- add layer of each cheese on top
- add enough water to cover the food
- turn crock pot onto low heat for 8 hours
Serve and enjoy!
